Mpcustoms.com is a copyrighted and registered website, the owner of Mpcustoms.com is Moose Pak LLC. From Herein, Moose Pak LLC and MPCustoms.com website will be referred as "mpcustoms.com"

COMPANY POLICY
Items sold are on an as-is basis. Warranties that apply may be limited manufacturer warranties. MPCustoms.com disclaims all warranties expressed or implied. We also do not authorize anyone to assume liability in connection with these items.

In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, income or profits, arising out of  or in connection with the purchase of our merchandise, without limitation, breach of any obligation imposed on us hereunder or in connection herewith, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All merchandise is aftermarket and intended for off-road or show purposes use only. Buyer assumes responsibility for violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of merchandise. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are purchasing the correct items. We will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from the usage of any items.

All products are highly recommended to be installed professionally. Mpcustoms.com does not provide any installation assistance, otherwise provided, is (are) for reference only. We will not be responsible for any installation problems, installation fees that may be incurred during the installation of any products sold, or products damaged during the installation process.

Some products may vary slightly due to lighting, picture angles, or alternate manufacturers. You agree to these terms by conducting the transaction. If you have questions, please contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse to service, and or cancel any order at any time, for any reason. You will be notified about the cancellation either by email or phone. If we have already received your payment we will fully refund you for the payment received.

In the case that all or part of your order contains items that are backordered, we will ship the in-stock items and notify you about the status of your remaining order. Once the backordered items are available, they will be shipped and we will provide you with updated shipping information if available.

The pictures, graphics and texts in this website are property of mpcustoms.com. None of these materials should be used without our written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials may lead to criminal or civil lawsuits.

We reserve the right to change prices without previous notification, and price adjustments will not be applied to your original order. Please note that actual products may differ slightly from picture. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors.

We reserve the right to update the policies and conditions displayed on this website, without notification, and you agree to be bounded by them at any time.

Warranty & Returns

All parts sold by mpcustoms.com are sold on an as is basis, the only warranties applying to these parts are those that may be offered by the manufacturer as limited warranties. Not all parts will fit perfect or perform as desired. This is the nature of aftermarket accessories and parts. We get the best product available (based on personal/customer experience, reputation, etc) Mpcustoms.com hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person(s) to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of these parts. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover from Mpcustoms.com any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit, loss of income, any costs of modification/installation, or any other incidental or secondary damages. Parts are aftermarket and are intended for off road use or show use only. Please check your local laws and research the parts you wish to purchase to insure they are the correct items you want to purchase.

Any cancellations and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We offer only exchanges in the event of defective items. Defective items may be returned for replacement subject to the above within 5 days and the following restrictions:

All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.

Most aftermarket products require professional installation to function properly. This can prevent any problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Installation of items, done improperly, cannot be returned. Additionally, returning an item because one doesn't know how to personally install it themselves will result in restocking fees and loss of s/h fees. The allowance of a return assumes the item is/was not installed, used, or broken.

Products can not be installed or otherwise show signs of wear. No refunds or exchange on any part that has been modified or painted.

Please read the labels on the boxes when you receive the product. Returning a product that you later found to be the wrong one shipped after you tried installing it is not grounds for a return. You must notify us within 5 days of receipt so we can rectify the situation.

No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electronic products, and body kits.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returns must be returned through a traceable method and insured. If we cannot verify receipt of the product to us, we can't process the return.

Returns are shipped via a ground method at our discretion unless the customer pays for the difference for expedited shipping. Prior expedited shipping on the original order has no bearing on the second return method of shipping.

Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a handling fee of $10 and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction costs, and insurance) are not refundable. If you want your item back, you'll need to pay all shipping and handling costs back to you. No exception.

Any products returned to us that our not our own is an act of malice and fraud. Some items contain hidden security identifiers which must be intact when we receive the product. We will not replace or return the product if it is being passed off as one of our own or does not contain the marking. We will report such actions to the postal service (for mail fraud), and any applicable local law enforcement. The item sent to us will be disposed of without further recompense.

All products returned to mpcustoms.com must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by mpcustoms.com. The RMA is valid for 5 days from the date of issuance. Please contact us by phone or email to request an RMA number and return instructions.

Clearance Items: These are products that have discounted due to discontinuation, overstock, or limited promotion. These items are not eligible for refund. Customer may receive store credit if no exchange is available. Customer is responsible for returning products freight pre-paid and must cover return cost of the exchange.

Shipping/Damages

Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for the package. Please note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If damages are found, please notify shipping company and mpcustoms.com immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.

We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to international order.

Information

Information Collection and Use
Mpcustoms.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.  We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information and financial information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information will be used for customer contact.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged at the applicable rate, depending on the destination of the order. (Ohio)

Mpcustoms.com reserves the right to take exclusive control over the defense of any such claim.

Termination
Mpcustoms.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason whatsoever and to revoke any transactions on standby or your membership in Mpcustoms.com and your access to the website, content, services without prior notice to you.
